Lero SMM provides intermediary services to manage social media services, reseller panel, API access and support processes from a single panel. The service names, descriptions, minimum-maximum quantities and delivery times on the platform are for informational purposes.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of account information and password security. In cases of suspicious access, abuse, fake information or unauthorized use of accounts by third parties, the account may be temporarily or permanently restricted.
Before placing an order, service description, link format, quantity range and guarantee conditions must be checked. Order cancellation or refund is not guaranteed for failures due to incorrect links, private profiles, deleted content or usage violating service terms.
Balance deposit notifications are credited to accounts after administrator approval. Additional verification may be requested for notifications with missing payment description, amount or account information. Platform balances are used only for purchasing services.
Balance refunds can be made according to system conditions for orders that have not started or have been cancelled by the service provider. For completed, processing or user-error orders, the refund decision is evaluated based on the service status.
Spam, illegal content, links violating personal rights, misleading payment notifications, API abuse, and actions targeting system security are prohibited. These behaviors may result in account termination and balance audits.
The platform may update service prices, terms of use, payment methods and panel features according to operational needs. Current terms become effective as soon as they are published on this page.
